constant pain?

I just turned 21. I've been to the dentist about three times this summer for pain. I've been having ear pain, neck pain, jaw pain and pain in a bottom molar. I thought it could be my top wisdom teeth that have yet to surface (I only have top wisdom teeth) but my dentist said it was TMJ and seemed in no rush to have them out.
