No gallbladder or appendix. Hospital no help

I've had my appendix and gallbladder removed. I have also had my sphincter of oddi cut. A year later I am in extreme pain again in my upper right abdomen. Its like a constant ache and burning in rib cage area with shoots of sharp pain. The area is also very itchy. The area has also started to swell a little. All my liver blood tests were normal.
