Possible of HIV through Needles??

I had a tatto 4 years back on my arm. later i have relaised of possible of HIV through needles, i have under gone Blood test which says the serum for HIV1&2 is Negative. is this only test i need to go or any further test should be done. I have never under gone any sexual intercourse with any one. i am worried abt the tatto thing....click here to continue
