Er doctor uneducated?

My wife was rushed by ambulance to er. Her symptoms were as follows in order they showed up. Standing at counter, got dizzy, short of breath, seeing double(lateral) skin red all over, pulse high, numbness on left side. By the time she arrived at er, her right eye was crossed looking at her nose. They did ekg, cat scan, mri, blood, urine.
