SAH - long term impacts?

I experienced a SAH in November 2012. I was hospitalized for 6 days, but able to forego pain medication almost immediately on release from hospital and ceased all other medication three weeks later. I felt tired, especially at first, but have pretty much resumed my life as before with little or no noticeable restrictions. Or so I thought.
