Steam inhalation
Today I inhaled really hot steam from boiling water strait from the pot. I did this about four times and then through my nose for about 10 minutes. Now I have I bit of my left hand is tingling. Do I have to worry about that or getting water in the lungs.
PS. Also had pain in the left side of my chest for a while but seams to be getting better....
