What's my next step? Surgery?

Hi all! Let me start out by saying I have about given up. I have been having RUQ pain for the last 4-5 months. I have undergone CT scans, ultrasound, ovary testing, stool sampling, CBC, colonoscopy, barium x-ray, EGD, and capsule endoscopy -- all have come back within normal range.
