Abdominal Pain Question

Hi doctor I am a 17 year old female and I am having really bad sharp pain on my abdomen right side in the middle and lower part. I have been vomiting for 9 days now and I went to the E.R. but they only told me I had an UTI. That same night I started to vomit again.
