Teenage girl with chest pains

Hi, im a 16 year old girl and over the past few months there has been a dull pain on the left side of my chest - recently it has started to occur on my right side too. The pain is very mild but it causes me discomfort. It occurs at random and it usually happens when im just sitting or standing around.
