Bloody Bowel Movements

Hello I'm a 26 year old female and have been experiencing some stomach problems. About a week & 1/2 ago I had diarrhea & cramps just out of the blue. (looked like normal diarrhea) I hadn't really eaten anything out of the normal. After that I didn't go poop again until about 5 days later.
