Anaphylaxis not sure of the cause

I've been hospitalized 5 times in the past 3 months (once in the ICU) for anaphylaxis and shock due to anaphylaxis...No idea what is causing it and an allergist i went to see said they cant test me because they don't know where to start and the tests show too many false positives and wont help.
