Broken Collar Bone

Hello Everyone, Recently my Sister-In-Law met an accident,she fell from a scooty and now have a broken collar bone :( .The Doctors wrapped her shoulders with a bandage saying that the collar bone will soon settle in it's position and will join at the fracture.But after one month ,after the x ray,the collar bone was still seen in two pieces.
