Can I be pregnant

Hello...I been on implanon for 3yrs,my Ob doctor told me my cycle will return in about 6wks.But I still haven\'t seen anything,I been having cramps like my cycle about to start put gets nothing.I also been feeling sick.I took a pregnancy test and it was negative,maybe I took it too early but I dnt knw.Can u explain to me what might going on....click here to continue
