Yellowish cauliflower lump on skin below knee

I have 2 yellowish lumps on my skin just under my knee about 1/4 to 1/2 inch across. They are white with a yelllowish tint and look like cauliflower. Does anyone know what this might be? I have had them for the last year or so. They are kinda flaky but it hurts if you touch them much... click here to continue
