appendicitis side affects? are these normal?

hi I just had my appendix taken out yesterday and am now home. I have the normal pain but now it\\\\\\\'s almost unbearable like it used to be with my appendix in. my hand is Also pins and needles almost numb, I\\\\\\\'m guessing from all the morphan?
