how do i clean a deep wound caused from a boil (i think)

I'm new n need to know how to post a question .. I'm hoping this is it..anyways I have had these lumps forming on my butt maybe two at the most at one time n it started maybe a couple months ago n they have been painful but they usually shrink n then go away..I had one pop up about a week ago n it had to be the most painful one yet..I took a shower n accident my touched it n it oozed this pus that...click here to continue
