Hernia? Needing answers, please.

I came back up here from the end to explain that my problem is in the first paragraph (now the second,lol) and my questions are at the end. The rest is probably just me giving too much information. I tend to do that. :) Thanks to anyone who has input or insight! Three weeks ago my DR said this a central abdominal wall hernia.
