Cannot Hold My Pee

I have been checked for prostate problems and all clear, however, I can't seem to hold it if I need a pee, it's getting embarrassing, especially at work. I have a 45 minute drive to work then home after, I go when I get up in the morning and again before I leave but still can't make it for 45 mins without diving out the car and rushing to a tree, same on the way home.
