Constant Cold problem

I stay affected by cold whole year. In the season change & winters, cold increases so much that I cant drink cold water nor sleep in AC or else I have unbearable pain on nose bone between eyes & never ending mucus. Even in summers I have to sleep seaparately without AC in a single fan so as to stay better. Some people in my childhood said I have 'Sinus' .
