Headache and Nausea

Hi, I have something quite strange happen to me every time I go out at night. If I decide to go out, let's say, past six (e.g., for dinner) I always get terrible headaches and feel nauseous. After, I'm out for about 30 minutes or so, the headache comes and then the nausea, and most of the time it doesn't go away until I rest.
