what can these symptoms mean?

Ok so lately i have had a sore throat. Right now it still hurts a little bit. BUT im getting blisters in my mouth and one on my lower front gums and on the backside of my upper gums i feel like one part of my gum is kinda peeling. Can this be a sign of me being sick? And lately the weather has been very HOT atleast 100F so can the weather be related to this?. Please help what does this mean?......click here to continue
