Nausea, Stomach Distress, Sulfur Burps, Diarrhea

Hi, I'm eighteen and I've had this unusual problem for about four days now. It started when I woke up day one, and I felt nauseous, but decided to drive to work anyway. I got to work, promptly ran to the toilet, and threw up bile, as I hadn't eaten anything that morning.
