Weird Bumps On Feet & Fingers

So I've googled EVERYTHING and can't find anything really similar to this... The closest thing I could find that looked like it were pictures of scabies, which I'm disgusted by... Also, these little bumps are ONLY on the tops of my feet, and I have a couple on the tops of some of my fingers. What is this?.. It's really weird... and I've had them for a long time.
