Ejection fraction 9% - but no pain?

After six months of GI problems that was prevoiusly thought to be gastroparesis, I had a HIDA scan that came back with a 9% EF. I'm told I have no gallstones. I have no abdominal pain whatsoever. I do have problems digesting food, burping, regurgitation, feeling generally yucky a lot and some very minor nausea here and there.
