Prednisone for symptoms and fatigue!

Hello, I was recently diagnosed with RRMS and am currently on a course of prednisone for a flare up (blurry vision and pain/weakness left leg). I'm on day 5 of 60 mg prednisone right now. For the past two days I've woken up feeling better than I have in years! But by the afternoon I'm so fatigued I can barely stand. I was so tired leaving work today I was scared to drive.
