ECG result: RBBB and AV1-Block

Hello, my name is Manuel and I had to do an ECG for a great job opportunity. As they hire for life, they check my health as well. My diagnosis was right bundle branch block (RBBB) with a first degree AV-Block. I am 23 years old, BMI: 22,7 , swimm regularly, don't smoke and eat little meat.
