cardiac arrythmia and feet problems

Recently was in ER for cardiac arrythmia (thought I was having a heart attack) and in the past week since I cannt seem to catch a full breath even when I'm doing nothing. I'm 37 work out 4 days/wk good weight/health and now I can't go grocery shopping without having to stop to rest just out of the blue!
