Lungs and Respiratory Disorders

I had a cold about 4 months ago and right after the cold I started to get this dry cough. It lasted more than 9 weeks. I went to the family doctor 2 times. First he prescribed an antibiotic. The second visit he prescribed symbicort turbuhaler. The cough is getting worst with the dramatic change in weather. I am having a hard time breathing.
