On May 20th I was invovled in an industrial accident where I hat my right foot smashed between a pallet and my lift. It was quick and done within 2 seconds. We iced the area at work and I continued duty for the next 4 hours with stops to ice the area. When I got home and took the shoe off for the night the swelling went up as far as my ankle.
