acid reflux and Abdominal pain

i have been experiencing acid reflux and abnominal pains for almost 3months nw. I have a burning sensation beneath my breastbone and this happens oftely and has affected even my bowel movements. Im severely stressed and cant figure out the problem.My stools have changed frm normal built ones to loose and sometimes ther are fairly fine.i feel like im constipated.
