Hi, On Friday May 17th, while at a concert I got overly dizzy, my blood pressure dropped and I passed out. My fiance caught me so I did not hit my head on the ground but I did turn in a way that I broke my left tib/fib basically diagnolly like a pencil snapped in half is what the ER Dr. said.
