Around my anus, there's dark purplish puffy looking skin. It's not natural looking. I don't know if it's something else or is this syptoms of hemorrhoids? I assume I have hemorrhoids. I am just now realizing I have them. I'm 22 years old. I haven't had anal sex or anything like that to make my anus swollen. I just wanna know if this really sounds like hemorrhoids.
