Red bump on my nose, looks like a pimple but isn't

I've had this large red bump on my nose for at least four years. I have never really thought about it much until recently. I tried popping it like a pimple, but nothing came out. I removed the top layer of skin and it is like a large lump of flesh on my nose. No pus and the way blood comes out is like a regular cut. Any ideas on what it is and how to get rid of it?...click here to continue
