Itching Skin When Warm

I am a 19 year old male. For the last year, the skin on my chest and upper back have become severely itchy when I'm in a even slightly warm environment (sleeping under a blanket in an otherwise comfortable or even cold room is often enough to cause it), however the itching normally stops once I get hot enough to begin sweating.
