HIV Test Result symbols

Hello. I was reviewing a medical file from 2006. Next to HIV test it showed a P in a circle. The first thing I thought was positive (indicating individual has HIV). There were no other indicators since 2006 to show that the individual has HIV. Is there another interpretation of this symbol? Thank you...click here to continue
