groin and thigh pain/numbness post THR

I am a 47 yr old female. I had a THR on my left hip 3 months ago for OA and a malformed hip after yrs of groin and thigh pain and many misdiagnoses. The affected leg was also 1 inch shorter than the other. At first the pain in my groin went away.. the last few weeks it has started to come back.
