Herpes/ something else??

Okay so I had unprotected sex with this guy and now I have my genetail area is very itxhy and painful. I have two bumps on my vagina and they are small and red. They are not blisters or ulcers. They are spread apart too. It doesn\\\'t hurt when I urinate and my vagina also tingles. Is it herpes? Can it be something besides herpes? Please help me. I\\\'m on the vurge of suicide.
