Intense eye and facial pain

Say I felt my eyes were uneven and tweaked on my facial muscles, such as, letting one eye go up all the way one way with all my might, and making the other one go down all the way. This action made all my facial muscles hurts, in my cheeks, around my lips, the center of my forehead, and a line from the center of my head to the top back of my head, and from that point to my ears .
