Itchy red patch (very tiny bumps) on both arms already 2 weeks

I got bitten on the right arm by a black ant 2 weeks ago. Scraped it off with my garden gloves and rubbed it because the sting was hurting a lot (shouldn't have done that because it must be dirty). I also forgot to wash it off to clean it. A few days later I started getting a few itch bumps coming up around the same area. It then got infected and now it is starting to dry up.
