blackened insect bites which forms itchy nodules over time.

About 2 months back I got insect bites below my armpits, inner thigh, back side of my knee etc. It became blackened when it healed and is pretty bruised ,however it starts to itch again from time to time and initially a small bump or nodule starts to form on the smoothened scar and the itching is pretty severe.
