Nerves or Vein Problem?

Hi! I'm 41 years old, career woman and wife. For 10-15 years or so, I feel a different sensation on the left side of my body (from head to toe). It's not only there for an hour or day, it's there all the time. It's weaker, slower, and i feel some sort of "electricity" when it's touched.
