Discomfort / Pressure Pain on side of the head.

Last night I began having pain in the side of my left head, it's sort of near my ear. And it's pulsates every minute or so making a very discomfort/pressured pain. I know its not a headache or migraine or ear infections because I do usually get those a lot.
