Lump on my Forehead & Swollen Tongue

I've woken up this morning with a large (5 - 10c piece) lump on my forehead. Its raised and an odd shape (not perfectly round/square etc) actually it feels like it tapers off to the side of my hairline gradually becoming small in width. It has no particular colour. It doesn't hurt went I touch it but I feel some pressure in it, especially when I raise my eyebrows in expression. I noticed smalle...click here to continue
