Constant headaches located in Temporal lobes

Severe headaches for 2 weeks with light and sound sensitivity. When the headaches began my husband had terrible dizziness, so badly he couldn't walk through the room. He had nausea, which seems to have lessened but his headaches won't go away. They seem to be located in his temporal lobes...sometimes on the right and sometimes on the left.
