About 4 weeks ago, I was feeling perfect. That night I got up from the couch to go to bed, got REALLY dizzy, felt my heart beating, cold sweats, and fainted. NEVER fainted in my life! Thought it was a heart attack, but nothing hurt. My wife found me on the floor a minute later which is when I came to.
