anus is sore.? please help.!

Last weekend I was really constipated..and then Sunday I was finally able to go. But it took awhile and hurt a little bit. But after I was completely fine. Then 2 days after that I woke up and my anus hurt a lot and was itchy. Everytime I went to have a bowel movement it hurt a lot. I put some cortozone10 around my anus on Tuesday..and yesterday.
