Cannot find Topical Cream for Genital Warts (HPV) in Vietnam

I am currently located in Vietnam and need to treat persistent Genital Warts (HPV). I was given Cryotherapy treatment to warts on the head of my penis in my home country and told that if that did not work I should go to a pharmacy in Vietnam to get any Topical cream (Podophyllotoxin - Condylox, Wartec, Warticon, Podofilox, and also Aldara and Imiquimod) if the warts persisted.
