Numb hands when wake up and tingling

Hello, quick question. I am 23 y/o physically active male, and according to doc I got Osteochondrosis in neck. Now every time I wake up in at night, one or both my hands are dead and I can't move them. Now after forcing them to move for some time, they wake up and then immediately comes the tingling sensation, where I can't touch anything with that hand or else tingling will be even stronger... click here to continue
