Gallbladder attack

Okay, I have gotten the report of multiple gallstones (small ones ) and I have had the severe attack at base of sternum. sharp knife. Goes away with maalox but then your magnesium gets too elevated. I have had the pin point pains in the gallbladder region that pass.
