Burning & secreation i

Hi, I am a 23 year old male. symptoms are burning pee and secretion. They started late feb. Drank alot of water and cranberry juice, they went away. Now the symptoms happen 1nce in a blie moon. Yesterday it burned 1 time, today had tiny tiny secretions, only reason I notice them is because I am thinking about them in the back of my mind every time I pee.
